Masculinity often gets depicted as being solely fixated on sex, with men portrayed as constantly grappling with their impulses and desires in the pursuit of sexual conquests.
While these stereotypes are pervasive, it's essential to question their validity.
Men can demonstrate strength and vulnerability simultaneously, says Blaylock, who emphasises the importance of open and honest communication.
