New National Water Resources Infrastructure Agency to 'reduce water-supply disruptions'

South African Water Minister Senzo Mchunu recently said that he expected Parliament would approve the establishment of a National Water Resources Infrastructure Agency in the upcoming weeks, aimed at overseeing major projects.
Phillips believes the new agency will help reduce water-supply disruptions in future.
"When we create this entity, we will be in a better position to raise more money to build more dams around the country."
