DURBAN - Harry Gwala District Municipality said it hopes the opening of the Donnybrook Police Station will alleviate crime concerns in their communities.
Police top brass opened the police station in KwaZulu-Natal on behalf of Minister of Police Bheki Cele.
The community has been grappling with criminal activity for a long time and residents are hopeful they will now see a positive change.
"We are very much excited about this multi-tasked police station because it has got police cells, magistrates court, and a police service counter. We are really excited," said Mayor Mzamo Nxumalo.
