CAPE TOWN - The case against a British man arrested at Cape Town International Airport for the possession of tik has been postponed to 1 August for further investigation.
Seventy-year-old Matthew Swire abandoned his bail bid during his first appearance at the Bellville Magistrate's Court on Monday.
The alleged drug mule was about to board a flight to leave the country when he was arrested on Thursday.
Tik to the value of R600,000 was found in a hidden compartment inside his suitcase.
