The uMkhonto we Sizwe (MK) Party has said that they have not received official notification regarding former president Jacob Zuma’s expulsion from the African National Congress (ANC).
The news of Zuma’s expulsion emerged from leaked draft documents.
According to these documents, the ANC’s National Disciplinary Committee determined that Zuma violated the party’s integrity by collaborating with the MK Party.
Zuma has 21 days to appeal the outcome from the National Disciplinary Committee (NDC), says Tshidi Madia, EWN Associate Politics Editor.
"No email, no communication, no letter informing the president of this particular conclusion by the NDC had reached the former president as yet."
