Suspect in shooting of 4 women in Kraaifontein identified by witnesses - SAPS

CAPE TOWN - Cape Town police said the man arrested in connection with the assassination of four women in Kraaifontein was identified by eyewitnesses.
The women were shot and killed in two separate attacks on Tuesday night.
Police said both shootings happened not too far away from each other.

National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola said three foreign nationals were also arrested after the possible murder weapon was found hidden inside their shop.
"The owner of the spaza shop, we are busy with him currently, whether he knows that his spaza shop is used to hide weapons that are used in the commission of crimes."
The police believe the double murders are linked, but the motive is unclear.
"There are various possible motives that we are investigating, but we need to get to the real motive of this."
Masemola is visiting Cape Town this week following a surge in gang-related violence in recent weeks.
