2 men charged with robbing, raping Limpopo students bail application postponed

JOHANNESBURG - Two men charged with robbing and raping woman students in Limpopo will remain behind bars after their bail application was postponed.
Ntsako Mathebula and Tiza Mamatlepa appeared before the Bolobedu Magistrates Court in Limpopo on Monday.

They allegedly committed the crimes at a house accommodating woman students in Phalaphadi village earlier in March.
“The students were attacked, four were raped, and cell phones robbed. They appeared and the case postponed until 25 March for formal bail application in Bolobedu Magistrates Court,” said police spokesperson Stephen Thakeng.
