JOHANNESBURG - The family of a three-year-old child who went missing in Tshepisong has positively identified a body retrieved from a local stream on Thursday.
The body was spotted by community members who were searching for a missing child in the area this week.
Mojalefa Savhuli was last seen on Sunday at a local sports field near his family home.
Tensions were high in the area after the community accused police of not doing enough to help in the search.
Police spokesperson Mavela Masondo has confirmed to EWN that an inquest docket has been opened.
