Vuyisani Zengethwa and Abubaker Adams have been identified as the two triggermen involved in Chintso's alleged hit.
Adams was arrested two weeks ago, while Zengethwa was picked up by the police on Wednesday.
National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) spokesperson Eric Ntabazalila said that they had not ruled out adding more suspects to the case.
"The prosecutor did indicate in court today that when we return on May 29, we may be able to add more people on the docket, which means that the investigation is still open, it's still continuing."
All five suspects will be back in court on 29 May to apply for bail.
