JOHANNESBURG - Police are searching for a man believed to be linked to the murder of a Johannesburg woman.
Olorato Mongale was last seen on Monday being picked up from her home in Athol by her alleged killer.
It's believed the pair were going out on a date and were later spotted driving through Alexandra and Kew.
The police's Athlenda Mathe said the man known only as "John" was driving a white VW Polo fitted with a cloned number plate.
"The man fetched Olorato from her residential complex in Athol Johannesburg at around 3pm on Monday two hours later, she was found murdered, and her body dumped in Lombardy west," said Mathe.
Mathe added that police believe another person was involved.
"Gauteng police are investigating the possibility that John was with another male suspect when the allegedly murdered Olorato".
