Darren 'Whackhead' Simpson calls up a woman and asks her to spell a few things for him. 

The problem? He can't hear that well... or spell so lekker.

While spelling her surname... L.O.U... Whackhead repeats going, L.O.ME?

Towards the end, the woman being pranked resorted to phonetics to sound out some letters and a lot of 'Oh my goodnesses'.

A lot of F bombs were thrown around, patience was lost, and spirits were crushed... shame.
