JOHANNESBURG - FlySafair said some of its pilots who were on strike have returned to work.
The low - cost airline resumed limited operations at some of the country's busy airports a day after suspending most of its flights.
Its pilots affiliated to union Solidarity went on strike on Monday over salary increases and a demand for better working conditions.
FlySafair spokesperson Kirby Gordan said work had improved today.
“We have more pilots at our disposal today than we did yesterday and there are a number of them that have returned to work however we need fewer than we needed yesterday,” he said.
