JOHANNESBURG - The investigating officer in the murder of Jayden-Lee Meek has questioned some of the information Tiffany Nicole Meek provided in her affidavit.

On Tuesday, Sergeant Nceba Diko continued to give evidence at Tiffany's bail application at the Roodepoort Magistrates Court.

Meek is accused of murdering her 11-year-old son, who was discovered just a few metres away from his family unit in Fleurhof in May.

A calmer Tiffany Nicole Meek was in the dock on Tuesday, diligently jotting down notes.

In the semi-packed courtroom, Magistrate Anneline Africa once again heard the detectives' findings of the events that transpired on the day the lifeless body of the child was found.

Diko argued that one of the points stated in the affidavit, that evidence was collected two days after Jayden Lee was discovered, was not true.

Tiffany Nicole Meek’s lawyer, Novel Naidoo, is expected to conduct his own questions as the proceedings continue.
