CAE TOWN - The communities of Durbanville and Brackenfell are still reeling in shock, after the loss of four people in a car crash over the weekend.

Two of the deceased men were pupils at Fairmont High School in Durbanville.
Fairmont High School has confirmed the death of grade 12 learner Perth Eksteen, and Daniel Jansen van Rensberg who is currently homeschooling but is still part of the school's rugby team.
The two students have been described as vibrant, humorous, and passionate people who left a lasting impression on their peers and teachers alike.
Safety and Security MMC JP Smith said the high number of accidents on the city's roads is concerning.
He added that traffic officers recorded more than 50,000 incidents where road users broke the law last week.
“These statistics are a grim reminder of the challenges we face with road safety. With the current wet weather over the city, odds are that the rate of incidents will remain high."
Smith has urged motorists to be extra vigilant.
