He’s also been connected to two other murder cases committed before the hit on the councillor.

All this forms part of 121 dockets that were handed over back to KZN for further investigations.

It's been less than a month since the 121 dockets of the political killings task team were returned to the province.

But the unit is already uncovering serious allegations.

It has linked Zuma to a total of three murder cases in Howick alone and conspiracy to murder.

Sandile Mnikathi, a colleague of Ndlovu, has praised the task team.

“Initially, we were a bit reluctant. We were afraid. We thought they that they wouldn’t do their job thoroughly but having read the affidavit in response to his application for bail, it is clear that they’ve done their work thoroughly. Chemane has uncovered a number of things that we didn’t think about.”

Zuma and his co-accused will return to court on Thursday and will be in both murder cases.
