Police investigating stabbings at Mitchells Plain school

CAPE TOWN - Mitchells Plain police detectives are investigating a case of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. 

This follows an incident in which four pupils were stabbed at a high school in Tafelsig.

The incident happened shortly after 12pm on Wednesday afternoon.

The police's Wesley Twigg: "According to reports, an argument ensued between the suspect and the victims. The learners were taken to a medical facility for treatment. The suspect is yet to be arrested."
