Fit or Damned for Resistance Training for Women

When: Saturday, 13 September, 7:30 am

Where: 20 Bird Street, Stellenbosch

About this event: Ladies of Stellenbosch, this fitness session is guided by professional coach Vincent de Jager.

This isn’t your average class. You’ll warm up with rhythmic sequences that awaken every joint and muscle, before diving into a full-body resistance workout designed to challenge and inspire. The focus? Building strength, confidence, and technique — so you feel empowered in and out of the gym.

What makes it unique? Each participant gets a personalised four-week program and in-body assessment, making this so much more than a workout — it’s a fitness awakening.

Add music that moves you, a powerful cooldown rooted in mindfulness, and a community of women redefining strength together… and you’ve got a Saturday morning experience that changes how you see resistance training.

The Fish Hoek Surf Lifesaving Club is crowned the 2025 South African Club Champions, and they'll be out in full force, showcasing the spirit of volunteer lifesaving that keeps our beaches safe, inspiring the next generation of young lifesavers and ensuring safe splashing.
