US home goods company Kohler has developed a poop-tracking toilet camera to analyse stool samples and your gut health.
For $600 (R10,400), the Dekoda toilet camera attaches to the toilet’s rim and sends pictures of your stool in the bowl to an app that analyses the samples.
It has multiple sensors to track any liquid or solid waste inside the toilet bowl.
It can reportedly offer insights on hydration, gut health, as well as detecting the presence of blood.
