Two men linked to the murder of rapper Kiernan "AKA" Forbes and businessman Tebello "Tibz" Motsoane will finally be extradited from Eswatini to South Africa and face prosecution alongside their other co-accused.
Brothers Malusi and Siyabonga Ndimande were nabbed in Eswatini for the high-profile murder in March 2024.
They have been challenging the State’s attempt to bring them back home to stand trial.
However, they have now abandoned their appeal to prevent the South African government from extraditing them.
Police said that they have received surrender orders of the two Ndimande brothers.

Malusi and Siyabonga have been in police custody in the Swati kingdom while wanted for a string of charges, including the high-profile murder in South Africa.
Authorities said that the pair will be brought back to the country next week.
South African Police Service (SAPS) spokesperson Athlenda Mathe said, “The SAPS, thus, confirms that it is finalising logistical arrangements to execute the order on Tuesday, 11 November 2025.”
Mathe said South African police head Fannie Masemola has praised the Eswatini law enforcement for their cooperation.
“The National Commissioner of SAPS, General Fannie Masemola, takes this opportunity to thank the Eswatini authorities for their cooperation and assistance in firstly apprehending the pair and ultimately ensuring that they are brought back to the country to answer to crimes committed.”
The State alleges that Malusi was one of the shooters during the hit and was paid R133,000.
