An attempt on his life at his Higgovale home in April 2020 forms part of the 122 charges Modack and 14 others face in the Western Cape High Court.
Modack and four co-accused face charges of attempted murder after Booth was shot at in April 2020.
State prosecutor Greg Wolmarans showed the court two ping lists to prove co-accused Zane Kilian and state witness Calvin Rafadi were tracking Booth in September 2019.
Rafadi previously testified Modack instructed him to ping Booth; however, Modack denies giving the order.
"You contacted Rafadi and you would have asked Rafadi at 17.39 to ping Booth."
"That's false, my lord," Modack replied
Modack will be back in the dock on Monday.
