On Friday, Water and Sanitation deputy ministers David Mahlobo and Sello Seitlholo reached out to the community.
It has been three years since the collapse of the Jagersfontein mine dam, which caused severe flooding in the Kopanong Local Municipality.
Mahlobo and Seitlholo are set to brief the community.
The department said the release of the report marks a significant step in reinforcing the government’s commitment to accountability and transparency.
The deputy ministers will also provide updates on the actions taken since the disaster and the measures the government continues to implement.
