The Phala Phala burglary trial against three people accused of stealing more than half a million US dollars from President Cyril Ramaphosa's farm in 2020 will resume on Monday morning.
Immanuela David and siblings Floriana and Ndilinasho Joseph will appear in the Modimolle Regional Court in Limpopo.
They stand accused of housebreaking, theft and money laundering.
The Phala Phala burglary trial will be heard over the course of the next three days in Modimolle, Limpopo.
Judgement is expected to be handed down for the trial within a trial.
This relates to a statement that was provisionally withdrawn by a key witness who alleges he was forced to sign a pre-prepared statement drawn up by police.
Following the morning's judgment, other witnesses are expected to take the stand in the main trial against David and the Joseph siblings.
Floriana, who worked as a domestic worker at Ramaphosa's game farm, and her brother Ndilinasho remain out on bail, while David, the alleged mastermind, has been in custody since his November 2023 arrest.
