A forty-seven-year-old man is expected to appear in the Booysens magistrate’s court on Thursday.
He is facing charges of human trafficking.
He was arrested by the hawks and JMPD on Tuesday with two half-naked teenage boys found in the vehicle he was driving.
Eight half-naked teenage boys, believed to have been kidnapped, were also seen earlier in the day walking along broad street, in Mulbarton south of Joburg.

According to police, the 10 teenage boys, suspected of being kidnapped and human trafficked, cannot speak English.
Eight of them were seen roaming the streets of Mulbarton, south of Joburg, when JMPD responded to reports and confronted them.
Police managed to obtain intel about the man suspected of harbouring the boys.
Hawks' spokesperson Katlego Mogale said "the officers were informed that there were two more boys who had already been taken away in a blue VW Jetta. The vehicle was later intercepted along the street, but the driver fled, resulting in a high-speed chase which ended in commissioner street with the subsequent arrest of the suspect and the rescue of the two half-naked teenagers".
The suspect is also accused of being in the country illegally.
