The Kruger National Park is urging people who've booked to postpone their visit due to heavy downpours and a severe weather warning.
The park's Reynold Thakhuli said there won't be any penalties for postponements.
He said they've already had to move some of the visitors in the park.
"We are definitely seeing a lot of rain in the Kruger National Park which has really necessitated that we proactively move some of the guests, particularly those that were in bush camps, those that were camping with tents, move them to chalets."
Thakhuli said several bridges are under water.
"We want people to enjoy the park in a safer way so we encourage them to please consider other dates."
He added that the animals are safe.
"They move to higher areas when we experience these floods so there's nothing to be concerned about there."
