Hillary Clinton testified before the US oversight committee for seven hours on Thursday over sex offender Jefferey Epstein’s crimes.
World news correspondent Vicky Turner reported that Clinton told Congress behind closed doors that she did not know about Epstein’s crime, nor had she met him or visited his island.
“She said that she didn’t know Jefferey Epstein; that she hadn’t met Jefferey Epstein. I think this was really a queue-up for her husband, Bill Clinton.”
Bill Clinton is set to testify before Congress on Friday.
Turner added that he has been known to live the ‘Epstein lifestyle’, having flown on Epstein’s plane several times in the early 2000s.
She added that Clinton has also called on lawmakers to question President Donald Trump under oath about his past association with Epstein.
“Trump is mentioned in the Epstein files over 35,000 times. While being mentioned in those files is not an admission of guilt, the Clintons want to go after Trump.”
