The case of e-hailing driver Isaac Satlat returns to the Pretoria Magistrates Court on Tuesday, after it was postponed last week.

Six people have been implicated in the murder and robbery of Satlat in his car in February.

The matter was postponed following a confusion over court dates, which resulted in the absence of accused number one.

Accused number one, Dikeledi Mphela, who is being held at the Atteridgeville prison, was absent after confusion about when the matter was due to return to court.

At the last appearance, the six accused - four men and two women - were held at different correctional facilities from the Moot police cells in Pretoria to Kgosi Mampuru and Atteridgeville prisons.

They are facing charges of premeditated murder and robbery with aggravating circumstances for killing 22-year-old Satlat.

Three of the accused have abandoned bail, and it’s unclear if any of the last three will bring a bail application.
