Cape Town is set for extreme heat on Wednesday, with temperatures climbing to 37°C, according to AccuWeather.

The day will be scorching hot with hazy sunshine, and caution is advised for anyone spending extended periods outdoors.

The UV index reaches 8 (very high), while skies remain mostly clear with just 3% cloud cover. Winds will blow NNW at 11 km/h, with gusts up to 30 km/h.
