Two bodies remain unclaimed at government mortuaries from the building collapse in Ormonde.
The men, who are Lesotho nationals, died earlier in February when a slab of the second floor of a building they were working in caved in.

The company responsible for the site, New Order, said it is collaborating with law enforcement to determine the cause of the collapse.
Nine workers died while three others were hospitalised.
The Department of Health confirmed that nine bodies were sent to its mortuaries in the City of Johannesburg following the deadly collapse.
Four of the workers were South Africans, four from Lesotho and one Mozambican.
The department said it cannot confirm whether the foreign nationals were documented or not.
But the City of Johannesburg said there were no working permits for the foreign nationals.
The Gauteng Department of Health, Labour and provincial police have refused to reveal whether the said people were in the country legally.
The Gauteng government referred EWN to the Ministry of Home Affairs, which has not yet answered any of the questions.
New Order has also not responded to questions about the legality of its workers.
