Some rewards are staying the same, but the points system is being tightened, and certain banking fees will increase.

FNB is making some changes to their eBucks rewards program from 1 July 2025.
These changes affect all account types and aim to reflect how customers are now spending, especially on groceries, transport, and digital purchases.
Rewards focused on daily spending
Customers with Easy and Easy Bundle accounts will still enjoy popular grocery deals. These include:
-
Bread for only 99 cents at Pick n Pay
-
Coupons worth up to R100 at Pick n Pay
-
Vouchers up to R120 for Clicks Clinics
However, these deals might be harder to access if Pick n Pay closes more stores around the country.
Stricter eBucks rules for Premier Clients
While basic rewards remain for lower-tier customers, Premier and higher-level account holders will find it harder to earn maximum eBucks. A key change includes:
-
No more 500 points for doing six digital transactions

FNB says these updates better reflect how people use their accounts.
