Comic Con comes to Cape Town on 30 April to 3 May 2026.

The fourth edition of Comic Con Cape Town will be taking over the CTICC2… and the City! It’s going to be THE event of the long weekend, with thousands of fans attending the festival.

From Thursday to Sunday, including the 1 May public holiday on Friday, the CTICC2 will be the epicentre of all things geek. After the massive success of the 2025 Cape Town con, fans can’t wait to see what Comic Con will bring to the Mother City next in 2026.

Hosted by the City of Cape Town, Comic Con Cape Town is an unmissable experience.

Tickets sales open on 24 October, with Early Bird specials available so keep an eye out for them.

Celebs on stage

Comic Con Cape Town’s first celeb announcement is incoming next month! Film and series celebs will be live at the con, giving fans the opportunity to hear behind-the-scenes stories from their screen heroes.

Cosplay all day

Cosplayers unite at Comic Con, with both asual comps and nail-biting regional qualifiers taking place.

Good games only
