Winter is here, and many of us are dragging out our heaters and dusting off the fuzzy blankets.
However, using furnaces and space heaters to keep ourselves cosy will spike our electricity bill substantially.
Thankfully, there are ways to stay warm at home without relying too heavily on electricity.
Firstly, be sure to layer up and stick to long johns, jerseys, and blankets, rather than a heater.
“The most cost-effective way to stay warm is to put on a jersey, pull a blanket over you and a loved one, and watch a movie.”

Slabber also recommend swapping out your geyser for a solar geyser.
