JOHANNESBURG - The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) says it has identified the City of Johannesburg as severely affected by water cuts.
Members of the party marched to Joburg Water to demand an end to water shedding on Monday.

The demonstration comes as residents grapple with supply challenges blamed on ageing infrastructure and high demand.
The red berets’ provincial chairperson Nkululeko Dunga says the march is a fight against the violation of human rights
“The city of Johannesburg is saying the they're not only restricting water to its citizens but they are actually cutting of water supply to the people they deem are in debt in the city of Joburg, so we are marching against that.
"We are also marching for the allocation of the 33% of the entire budget not being thoroughly used,” he said, adding that they want the city’s residents to have access to a sustainable water supply.
