The Zulu will be showing at Lesedi at the Joburg Theatre from 6-22 June.

The Zulu has been called ‘a powerful theatrical tribute to history, heritage, and the enduring spirit of resistance’.

It shares the powerful history of the Zulu nation including the Battle of Isandlwana in 1879.

It was originally conceived and performed as a solo show by the late great Mbongeni Ngema but has returned as a two-hander.

“It is an incredible story of an empire.”
- Sibusiso Mamba, Director of The Zulu

It is showing at the Lesedi at Joburg Theatre from 6 June to 22 June, starring Abdul Khoza and Nhlakanipho Manqele.

Tickets can be purchased on webtickets.
