VW rumoured to have new bakkie in the works

Volkswagen has dropped hints that they could be releasing a new half tonne bakkie.

Page says at this stage it is just a rumour and there have only been some subtle hints suggesting this.

“Maybe we see a half-tonner.”

He adds that there is definitely a market for a half-tonne bakkies that VW could capitalise on.

This car would likely be particularly popular and useful across the continent.
