Another day, another surprise stationery drop.

The Stationery Vehicle initiative has helped raise almost R500 000 in donations, with the help of The Flash Drive Team, YOU Kfm fam, Kfm Crew, SPAR and Suzuki.

After dropping off donations at Nederburg and Uitsig Primary Schools... Carl, Tarryn and The Flash Drive team are on to the next school nominated by YOU to help make a difference in classrooms and everyday learning for the kids and teachers of Nooitgedacht Primary School in Bishop Lavis.

Principal of Nooitgedacht Primary School, Sean Carolissen says that the school is always in-need of basics like stationery.

"Currently, we are the biggest school in Bishop Lavis which is a community of lots of poverty, social problems... we have had many positive rolemodels that have emanated from this community."
Sean Carolissen, Principal - Nooitgedacht Primary School
"Being a no-fees school, we are always needing stationery. Our other big need is duplicating paper. We spend easily between R15 000 and R20 000 per term. We just started another drive for sanitary pads, many of our parents cannot afford it. We have a feeding scheme where we feed close to 600 learners per day but sometimes it's not enough. "
Sean Carolissen, Principal - Nooitgedacht Primary School

After hearing this, Carl and Tarryn presented Principal Carolissen with the school's number one need - stationery AND a cash donation.

At first, Carolissen did not believe that this moment was real... after some explaining, the hugs and tears came eventually - and what a moment it was!
