BBC on 'standby' to make an announcement about British Royals?

From the speculation around Kate Middleton to the falsely reported death of King Charles, the Royal rumour mill is on fire.

Some fans of the British Royals believe the BBC is on 'standby' with an impending palace announcement, either about the Princess of Wales’s health or about the progress of King Charles' cancer treatment.  

Buckingham Palace usually gives select media a heads-up before it makes a major announcement.

The BBC and the Royals have not yet denied the swirling rumours, further fuelling speculation.
