TikTok influencer and 'gossip activist' Kyle Roth dies at 36
Known for the catchphrase at the start of her videos: “You want more? I’ll give you more", the star's cause of death has not yet been confirmed.
Kyle Marisa Roth (36), a popular comedian and TikToker who discussed Hollywood gossip, died last week - the cause of death has not yet been determined, confirmed Roth's family as they shared the news with fans on social media.
Roth gained her social media following and thousands of views by being a 'gossip activist'.
Known for discussing ‘blind items’ (gossip stories that don’t name the people involved) from the entertainment world, she often began her videos with her catchphrase: “You want more? I’ll give you more!”
Roth amassed 200,000 followers on the platform, where she posted multiple times a week about blind items, big crimes, scandals and causes she cared about like exposing the underbelly of celebrity culture covering topics like "grooming in the music industry."
Her latest "gossip activism" around J-Lo's documentary, "The Greatest Love Story Never Told" caused some controversy and beef with some celebs, including J-Lo.
Roth called the singer, ‘JLULU’ instead of J-Lo and posted a 43-part series on the actress, ‘deep diving’ into everything she found ‘underhand’ about the ‘narcissistic’ celebrity.
Roth says in one of her posts: “J-Lo copyright got my account banned, she didn’t like we were using clips from her film to point out all of the lies and narcissistic attributes she has, so a lot of your favourite creators might be gone because of the narcissistic piece of s**t J-Lo is.”
Roth's mom, Jacquie Cohen Roth first announced the death of her daughter on LinkedIn saying that "nothing makes sense" and hopes to "understand more" about her daughter's death in the coming days.
Roth's sister, went on to share the news to Instagram where she shared how her sister "touched so many people with her humour, intelligence, beauty, gossip activism, athleticism and more".
