Police probing case of murder after man's body found in Wynberg park

CAPE TOWN - Wynberg police are investigating a case of murder, following the gruesome discovery of a man's body at a park in the area.

Officers were called out to the scene on Monday and found the victim with his hands bound.

The police's Wesley Twigg has asked anyone with information about the crime, to come forward.

"Police members responded to a complaint of a murder and upon arrival on the scene, they found the victim with his hands tied behind his back and his head wrapped in plastic. The circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation and no arrests have been made."
