If things in the bedroom are feeling a bit, well, limp, then just know there’s plenty you can do to rekindle that spark.
702's Clement Manyathela, with the help of intimacy expert Lisa Welch, dished out some spicy tips on bringing passion back to your love life on Friday's show.
According to Welch feeling more fizzle than sizzle is very common.
"It's very common and it can be caused by lots of things, not least because sex just becomes less of a priority."

So is it really possible to resuscitate a sex life that is flatlining?
"It really is. It takes, baby steps and the first thing to do is to try and spark a connection of emotional closeness."

The best way to get the fires burning again is with communication says Welch.
"Finding ways to have fun again together, finding things to talk about that you enjoy...to rekindle the emotional connection that can help open the door to have conversations about each others preferences in the bedroom'.

Talk openly with your partner about your desires, your expectations, what you enjoy and what you’re curious to try, says Welch.
The question you can ask yourself if you are feeling a dip in your desire is 'why don't I feel like having sex more.'
"Are you not craving the kind of sex you're having, is it pleasurable for you, what would feel good, what could you crave, what DO you want, how can you create more space for that?"
