Dog lovers, do you love your pup enough to put them in a special-edition kennel that costs a staggering R1,193,653?
The controversially priced dog house is part of Creative Director of the brand, Pharrell Williams' latest men's collection for the French luxury fashion house which is based on 'urban dog-walking couture.'
Planned to be unveiled in Spring/Summer 2025, the 'Dog LVers' collection includes a a dog collar (R7726), a paw keychain (R13, 635) and a monogrammed drinking bowl (R35,679).
The most expensive item in the doggie collection is the 'kennel trunk, that will set you back just over R1 million.
The designer kennel creates the illusion of a house, with a roof and windows, removable doors, and an easy-to-clean interior, covered in Louis Vuitton's signature monogram canvas.

"This is a what on Earth kind of story... it's actually such a kick in the face in the context of the election that's just happened when the average mean of Americans buying houses at the moment is 56... that is very old - point being - Americans are saying they cannot afford houses but you can go buy a dog kennel."

"How tone deaf can you also be when middle America is saying that they can't afford houses but let's sell a dog kennel for this price?"
