Melrose Arch brings the festive spirit with its 'Destination Christmas' display

JOHANNESBURG - Lights. Choir. Action. The holiday season is almost here, and with it, a staple in holiday display must-sees - Melrose Arch's "Destination Christmas".

The year has been long and taxing, but it's time to keep bad vibes at bay. That's where Melrose Arch comes in, with their annual Destination Christmas celebrations.

Immerse yourself in parades, music, Christmas markets, sparkling lights and new installations, complementing the beloved, well-known holiday displays.

A unique holiday experience, Melrose Arch guarantees that every visitor will depart with a heart full of joy and the spirit of Christmas, whether they are wandering amid the lights, taking in exclusive tastings, or searching for the ideal present.

To add tinsel to the festive joy, guests can catch the Mzansi Youth Choir live this weekend. Known for their triumph on America's Got Talent and their well-received performances across the globe, the young voices of the choir will captivate the audience with their joyous tunes and energy when their carol performance starts at 18:30.

The Jeppe Pipe Band, a staple of Johannesburg's holiday schedule, will make a comeback from 13 December at 19:00. Generosity is the only entrance fee, with donation bins available for visitors to support the Childhood Cancer Foundation of South Africa (CHOC).
