SASSA confirms February payment dates

SASSA reminds beneficiaries not to withdraw all of their money at once.

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has confirmed grant payment dates for February 2025: 

  • Older Persons Grant: Tuesday, 4 February
  • Disability Grant: Wednesday, 5 February 
  • Child Grant: Thursday, 6 February

Payments for the R370 Social Relief of Distress (SRD) Grant will be processed between 22 and 28 February.

Postbank reassures that their gold cards will remain valid through 2025 until they are replaced with the new black cards.
