Heavy rains have shown no signs of relenting, turning recovery efforts into an uphill struggle.
Families who have been left in the dark, desperate to salvage what remains, have been warned not to enter structurally damaged homes still at risk of collapse.
Meanwhile, city workers are clearing uprooted trees lining the roads, a danger to both motorists and pedestrians.
Tshwane Emergency Services have warned of persistent heavy rain, strong winds, and dangerously low visibility, urging residents to stay indoors where possible.
