Police pursuing leads after man shot and killed in Table View

CAPE TOWN - Police in Cape Town are investigating the murder of a man in Table View.

A man was shot dead in a parking space on Saturday.

The motive for the attack is believed to be a hit.

Police spokesperson Joseph Swartbooi: "Provincial Serious and Violent Crime detectives are hard at work pursuing leads in a bid to apprehend those responsible for the death of an adult male. Reports suggested that unknown gunmen opened fire on the occupant of a motor vehicle in a parking area in Sandown Road, Tableview."
