CT police appeal for info after woman's body found in Heideveld

CAPE TOWN - Police are investigating the discovery of a woman's body in an abandoned structure in Heideveld.

The unidentified victim was found on Sunday. 

The circumstances surrounding her death are not yet clear. 

The police's Joseph Swartbooi: "Manenberg police responded to a complaint on Sunday. Upon arrival at the vacant structure in Jonkershoek Road in Heideveld at about seven o'clock, they found the body of an unidentified female. We appeal to anyone with information to please call Crimestop on 08600 10111."
