JOHANNESBURG - Exams are set to continue on Thursday at Soshanguve Secondary School, east of Pretoria, following class disruptions caused by some community members
According to the Gauteng Department of Education, several residents in the area forced learners to take to the streets and protest against an incident of corporal punishment.
Earlier this week, a few learners from the school were allegedly disciplined by some community members for arriving late to school.
The residents not only attacked the students but also overpowered the security personnel.
