This attack is believed to be in retaliation for the arrest of three gang members linked to four murders in Kleinvlei recently.
Western Cape Police Commissioner Thembisile Patekile said they're following up on all the leads.
"We are really requesting the community to come on board. They must own their station; this is their station, and they must make sure that it is protected. We cannot allow this lawlessness to happen. But I have instructed that our members must protect themselves with all the might they have when the stations are attacked, or they are being attacked."
