Cold conditions ahead for WC, NC this week

CAPE TOWN - The weather office has issued an advisory for very cold conditions in the Western Cape and Northern Cape from Wednesday.
 
The conditions are expected to persist until this weekend.
 
Vox Weather meteorologist Michelle du Plessis: "This week, we're not looking at one major cold front like we had a few weeks back but rather a series of smaller, weaker fronts just brushing over the Cape. It's really what you'd expect from a classic Cape Town winter - some passing light showers and a bit of wind."
