JOHANNESBURG - Journalists have been barred from filming, recording and photographing proceedings in the murder case of rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and businessman Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane.
The high-profile case is back in the Durban High Court for a pretrial conference on Thursday morning.
Five men are set to appear in court for the 023 murder of aka and Motsoane, who were gunned down on Durban’s popular Florida Road
Judge Jacqueline Henriques has provided no reasons for the decision to bar media from recording Thursday's proceedings.
