Petrol price decrease brings relief to some motorists; diesel to increase

JOHANNESBURG - Some motorists will experience relief at the pumps this week, with the petrol price expected to be lowered but the price of diesel will record an increase.

While both grades of petrol will be 28 cents cheaper per litre, the grades of diesel will go up by 65 and 63 cents per litre.

The prices come into effect at midnight.
